Dental implants from Oakbrook Dental are the best way to permanently restore your smile if you’re missing one or more teeth in West Bend.
Natural Look & Feel
Minimal Care Required
Dental implants are the only tooth replacement option that offers true permanence and stability. Since the artificial tooth root bonds to your surrounding jaw bone and tissue, you won’t have to worry about your false tooth moving or shifting in your mouth. You’ll never need to remove an implant to eat or sleep, and you’ll have peace of mind knowing that your oral health is fully restored.
Unlike other restorative treatments, dental implants stimulate and support your jaw bone, preventing bone loss.
Dental implants are designed to look and feel just like a natural tooth. You will be able to eat, speak and smile with confidence.
Single-tooth implants require minimal care. Just brush and floss regularly, and see Dr. Major or Dr. Patel for a routine six-month oral exams.

Dr. Pako Major and Dr. Reema Patel specialize in placing dental implants. At Oakbrook Dental, we use the latest digital x-rays and 3D imaging technology to ensure the best possible results.
At Oakbrook Dental, we work closely with our partner dental lab to build high-quality implant restorations, such as dental crowns, dental bridges and implant-supported dentures. Your restoration will be comfortable, secure, and durable.
As part of your routine 6-month cleaning and oral exam, we offer implant maintenance services. We’ll clean the area around your implant and check it to ensure that it’s strong and healthy.
At your implant placement appointment, your mouth will first be cleaned and numbed. Then, Dr. Major or Dr. Patel will create a small opening in your gums and jaw. Your implant will be placed into this opening, and the area will then be cleaned and sutured shut.
After this, you’ll be sent home to recover. Initial healing takes a few weeks, but it will take about 3-6 months for the implant to bond (osseointegrate) with your jaw. While you heal, you’ll come back to our office for a few follow-up appointments and to have your progress checked. Dr. Major or Dr. Patel will also take impressions of your teeth to begin crafting your implant restoration.
Once your mouth has healed fully and your implant restoration has been built, you’ll come in for your final appointment. At this time, your implant restoration will be attached, completing the implant procedure. You’ll leave our office with a beautiful, fully-restored smile!
Full-arch implants are an ideal alternative to traditional dentures. This treatment uses a series of 4-6 implants to support a full arch of false teeth. Both removable overdentures and non-removable, fixed dentures are available. During your consultation, one of our dentists will discuss your needs to determine which option is best for you, your budget, and your lifestyle.
Single-tooth implants consist of two parts: the implant itself and a dental crown. They are used to replace a single missing tooth, and they have many advantages over dental bridges and dentures. Bridges and dentures will need to be replaced every 7-10 years, whereas an implant will last a lifetime. Dental implants are also the only replacement option that will support your jaw bone and structure.
With proper care, dental implants can easily last 30+ years. Most patients keep their implants for the rest of their lives, making them the best long-term method of smile restoration. Simply care for your implant as you would a natural tooth, and come to our office every six months for a cleaning and checkup.
One of the benefits of dental implants is that they require no special care. Since the titanium posts acts as an artificial tooth root, the implant essentially becomes a natural part of your mouth. This means that you simply need to brush and floss as you normally would, and come to Oakbrook Dental for regular checkups. It’s that simple!
